LQ AI Solutions Five-Business AI Sponsorship Program Terms

1. Program Overview

LQ AI Solutions LLC (“LQ AI Solutions”) is sponsoring five (5) registered small businesses to receive customized 90-day AI, automation, digital marketing, and creative implementation services. The program aims to demonstrate how practical AI solutions can improve business operations, customer communication, and growth opportunities.

2. Selection Method

Selection is conducted by application review and evaluation by LQ AI Solutions. This program is not a random drawing, raffle, sweepstakes, or lottery. Five qualified businesses will be selected based on eligibility, identifiable business challenges, implementation readiness, and opportunities to create meaningful improvements. LQ AI Solutions aims to represent five distinct industries whenever possible.

3. Business Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must represent a qualifying business entity registered with an appropriate U.S. state authority (e.g., registered sole proprietorship, DBA, LLC, partnership, or corporation).
• An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is not required.
• Businesses must provide sufficient information for LQ AI Solutions to verify qualifying registration before confirming sponsorship.
• No purchase is required to apply or be selected.

4. Sponsorship Coverage and Scope

For each of the five selected businesses, LQ AI Solutions will sponsor the approved implementation and service-management fees for an agreed 90-day period.

Specific services will be determined following an individual discovery consultation and mutual approval of the project scope. Services are customized and may include receptionist AI, workflow automation, website/landing page improvements, digital marketing, creative AI video content, lead generation, email marketing, or review management.

Excluded Costs: Applicable phone, SMS, voice AI usage fees, third-party software subscriptions, licensing, domain registration, hosting, and external advertising spend may remain the responsibility of the participating business. All applicable costs will be fully disclosed and agreed upon prior to service activation. The sponsorship is not an unlimited service package.

5. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Participating businesses retain agreed completed creative deliverables (such as custom videos, commercials, graphics, written content, and exportable website assets), subject to approved project scope and third-party platform or licensing terms. Managed automations and subscription-based software services are provided during the 90-day sponsorship and do not automatically transfer upon conclusion unless continued under a separate agreement.

6. Post-Sponsorship Continuity

At the conclusion of the 90-day sponsorship period, participating businesses may choose whether to continue applicable managed services under a separately approved paid agreement. Recurring managed services will discontinue if the business chooses not to continue.

7. Non-Selected Applicants & Additional Offers

Every applicant receives access to a complimentary Marketing Audit Report. Qualifying applicants who are not among the five selected businesses may be invited to discovery consultations or offered potential implementation-fee waivers for eligible LQ AI Solutions services. All additional offers are discretionary and not guaranteed.
